Common questions
Can every wallet be recovered?
No. Recovery depends on the wallet’s encryption, usable backups, the information that remains and the scope of the search. If all keys and recovery information are missing, recovery may not be possible. An assessment is not a guarantee.
What should I include in my first message?
The wallet or application name, device type, approximate date of use, backup filenames and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords, seed phrases or private keys.
How much does recovery cost?
