Request a wallet recovery assessment. Start with a short description of the wallet and the access problem.

Use your first message to explain the problem. Do not include seed phrases, private keys, passwords or wallet files.
What to include in your first message
- The wallet or application name and, if known, its version.
- The device or operating system used and the approximate date you last accessed the wallet.
- What backups you still have, described by type or filename.
- The exact error message or a description of what prevents access. Remove private information from any screenshot.
- Whether the issue involves a forgotten password, a passphrase, missing recovery words or a damaged device.
What happens next?
The available recovery options depend on the wallet type and the information that remains. An assessment can help identify a possible approach and what information would be needed before proceeding. Recovery is not guaranteed.
One clear success fee
The recovery fee is 20% of the funds recovered. If no funds are recovered, there is no recovery fee. Read the pricing details.
Keep your recovery options open
Preserve original wallet files and backups. Work on copies, and avoid resetting or formatting a device that may contain the only copy of your wallet. Never share a seed phrase or private key in a public post.
Before sharing sensitive recovery material or engaging a provider, confirm who will handle the work, how data will be transferred and stored, and the agreed scope and fee.
