How the fee works
Our success fee is a flat 20% of the cryptocurrency funds we recover for you. The fee is based on the funds recovered, rather than the wallet’s estimated balance. The same 20% rate applies, without additional percentage surcharges or discounts.
Example: if we recover 1 BTC, the recovery fee is 0.2 BTC and your share is 0.8 BTC.
What can be assessed?
- Forgotten passwords for encrypted wallet files.
- Lost passphrases or incomplete recovery information.
- Software and hardware wallet access problems.
- Damaged or deleted wallet data, where usable information may remain.
Recovery depends on the wallet, the available backups and the information you still have. An assessment does not guarantee a successful recovery.

Tell us the wallet name, the device or backup you have, and what prevents you from accessing it. Do not include passwords, seed phrases or private keys in your first message.
